I’m happy to report that I was a guest today on the podcast “Unchefed. ” I spoke with hosts Brendan Costello and Matt Carden on the archive and its relationships with food, discussing three things in particular: the natural archives that seeds represent, the human archive of cookbooks, and the human anti-archive of plastic, where the impetus is put more on erasing and forgetting than on thinking forward to the future.
